Dan Schneider fans are always asking us what happened to Kel Kimble once “Kenan & Kel” ended. Here’s what we think:

Kel didn’t always have the best common sense, but we all know he was actually a genius. Kel was accepted to Northwestern University in Evanston where he majored in Marketing. While in school, Kel held a job as a taste tester for the orange soda brand he loved so much— Kel was living the dream!

After graduating, Kel stuck with orange soda, moving on from taste-tester to company spokesman after the CEO heard him singing his signature love song in the breakroom.

Kel and the jingle were overnight hits! After five years of award-winning ad work and his own orange soda themed movie, Kel decided he wanted to take a quieter role in the company so someone new could become the spokesperson.

Today, he’s the Product Manager for the same orange soda company. He gets to create new brand additions, like adding more orange soda to the orange soda! What could be better than that?
